Prep In Advance
We understand that you probably don’t have time to cook gourmet meals each morning. For that reason, dedicate some time on Sunday nights to plan out your meals for the week. It’s also a good idea to place lunch-sized portions of leftovers into containers while you’re cleaning up from dinner.
