1. Heat your nonstick griddle or skillet to the appropriate temperature (this may vary depending on the mix you use).
2. Place all of your ingredients into a large bowl (this may also differ depending on your mix) and stir until all are blended into a nice consistency.
3. When you’re ready, begin pouring your batter until a total of 8 pancakes are completed. However, you’ll need to make each pancake a different size – for example, start with 1/4 cup of batter and then use less from there. Each pancake is considered ready to flip when the batter appears a bit bubbly on top.
4. After all 8 pancakes are finished cooking, stack them in size order beginning with the largest on the bottom. By the time you’re done, you’ll have created your very own pancake Christmas tree!
Depending on how fancy you’d like to get, you may want to consider finding a way to make your pancakes appear green in color. However, if you prefer to stick to the traditional look, you can simply spice things up by topping with powdered sugar and sprinkles!
