4 Simple Dinner Salad Recipes

Whether you have a full-time job, you’re going to school or you’re running errands all day long we understand that you’re not always left with enough time to prep and cook intricate meals. But that’s quite alright! You can still enjoy healthy and hearty salads that only take a few minutes to make. See below for a few of our favorite dinner salad recipes:
All Natural Salmon
The majority of the time and effort with this one comes in grilling the salmon. With that said though, it only takes about 5 minutes or so to cook a nice filet to perfection. Then all you need to do is toss up some arugula, kalamata olives, diced tomatoes, green beans, artichokes and capers and sprinkle on your favorite dressing.
Dice up a few grilled chicken breasts, throw in some chopped tomatoes, onions, feta cheese and couscous and you’ve got yourself the perfect meal. Lay it all over a bed of arugula and top with a Greek dressing.
With a name like “California Chicken” you better believe there’s lots of grilled chicken and avocado in this salad. We recommend adding a few additional veggies and mixed greens and topping with a honey mustard dressing.
Power Salad (Gluten Free)
Looking for something that packs a major punch? Go with shredded kale, fresh blueberries, cucumber, red onion, sunflower seeds, grilled chicken and a light champagne vinaigrette.
