Summer is approaching, so the days are getting longer, the temperatures are getting warmer, and bathing suit season is on its way! It’s the time of year where many people like to shed their winter weight, and get ready to feel confident on the beach! Disclaimer: we think all bodies are beautiful and beach ready. However, if you are trying to hit the gym and eat healthier, we’re here to help! If the family wants to take a trip to Chip’s Family Restaurant for breakfast or dinner it doesn’t mean your diet has to be jeopardized. So keep on reading to see 10 healthy menu options you can order from Chip’s Family Restaurant!
1. Roasted Beet Salad
Slow roasted beets provide the fiber and vitamin C that you need. They can also improve athletic performance! Fresh apples, red onion, crumbled blue cheese, and toasted pecans accompany the beets along with baby kale and a white balsamic vinaigrette.
2. Couscous Chicken Salad
Grilled chicken, diced tomatoes, Bermuda onions, feta cheese, arugula and couscous, tossed in a Greek salad dressing make this salad worthy of your taste buds.
3. Brussels Sprouts and Baby Kale Caesar Salad
Crispy, roasted Brussels sprouts mix with Parmesan cheese, roasted tomatoes, and garlic croutons. We then toss it with baby kale and creamy Caesar dressing.
4. Chip’s Power Salad
This is the perfect salad to give you energy for the rest of your day! Chip’s Power Salad is made with shredded kale, fresh blueberries, cucumber, red onion, protein packed sunflower seeds, grilled chicken breast, and crimson quinoa. It is then tossed in a light champagne vinaigrette making it a nutritious and delicious meal.
5. Turkey Avocado Melt
The turkey avocado melt consists of fresh roasted turkey, avocado, baby spinach, roasted red peppers and mayo, served on sourdough.

Chip’s healthy omelet is made with egg whites and then filled with any three veggies of your choice. We also add Canadian or turkey bacon, but you can leave that out to make this a lighter choice! The omelet comes with a cup of fresh fruit and wheat-berry toast.
10. Popeye’s Omelet
The Popeye’s Omelet is an egg white omelet filled with Popeye’s super food (spinach), feta, tomato, and onion. Enjoy one fresh blueberry or strawberry pancake on the side.
