While yes, the foods you choose to eat and the time you choose to eat them at may play a role in weight loss efforts, skipping breakfast vs. eating it doesn’t necessarily have a direct correlation with results.
Eating Breakfast Will Lessen My Calorie Intake Later
Although you would naturally assume that skipping breakfast would cause you to feel hungrier throughout the rest of the day and therefore, eat more, the truth is that breakfast skippers generally do not consume more calories than those who do indulge in a meal. However, if you are interested in putting off your hunger pains, consider adding more protein to your morning!
Everyone MUST Eat Breakfast
