Certainly refreshing to sip on and healthy when you use the right ingredients (strawberries and bananas, anyone?), these are sure to keep you cool on a hot summer morning and can easily be transported if you’re in a hurry.
An Acai Bowl
You drink smoothies, right? Most of the time, yes, but an acai bowl is basically a smoothie that you’d eat out of a bowl instead. Like a regular smoothie, you can create an acai bowl that’s completely customized for your taste buds – choose whichever toppings (such as fruit) that you’d like!
